I EMAIL BACK THAT YES THE ZIP CODEI PROVIDED IS CORRECT FOR THE STREET ADDRESS. THEN EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADDRESSES IF THEY ARE TRYING TO SEND BY USPS. MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT NOTHING! UPS TRACKING LABEL SAYS IT STILL HASN'T EVEN BEEN SENT TO UPS. CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. THE TIME I'VE WASTED ON THIS ORDER IS QUADRUPLE WHAT I COULD HAVE EARNED & BEEN PAID FOR MY TIME. I TRIED TO DO THEM A SOLD AND BUY DIRECT INSTEAD OF THROUGH AMAZON . . . HUGE MISTAKE. JUST REFUND MY MONEY AT THIS POINT AND MAYBE HIRE ACTUAL ENGLISH UNDERSTANDING AMERICANS TO DO CS. BEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD IS USELESS WITHOUT MEANINGFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
