What is your shipping policy?

All orders placed Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST, will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped with UPS Ground Service. All domestic orders over $50 will receive free shipping with coupon code: FREESHIP. All other orders will receive flat rate shipping of $7.50 per order. Shipping only within the 48 contiguous United States.

Why are my apricots brown?

Fruit Bliss is very different from typical dried fruits. One thing you will notice is that all of our fruits are a natural dark color. This is what happens as the fruit oxidizes naturally drying in the sun. Most dried apricots are a bright orange color because they have added sulfur dioxide, a chemical color preserver. Sulfur Dioxide is often used in dried fruit as a preservative and to preserve its appealing bright color. Even though the FDA considers it safe to consume in small amounts, why would you want to? Sulfur dioxide is a toxic gas and can cause reactions such as breathing problems, skin rashes, upset stomach and an asthma attack in those that have even slight sensitivity.

What is NEO Plastics Sustainable Packaging?

All Fruit Bliss products are now packaged in NEO Plastics Packaging, a new sustainable packaging designed to work in modern landfills. As most multi-layer plastic snack packaging bags and pouches are not recyclable, our consumers can feel good about throwing their empties straight into the trash bin. No need to recycle.

Once this NEO packaging ends up in a landfill, it accelerates the natural microbial process creating biogas which can be collected and turned into clean energy.

Choosing to package our products in a pouch made with NEO Plastics is one small thing we can do to help inspire others to do their part for a sustainable future.

Do I need to refrigerate your products?

We do suggest refrigerating our rehydrated dried fruits in their resealable zippered pouches once opened. If unopened, you may store them in your pantry until the expiry date.

Do your fruits contain pits?

We have taken care of removing the pits from all of our fruits so that they are ready for you to enjoy, however, occasionally you will find a pit in our rehydrated dried fruits.

What type of water is used to rehydrate the fruit?

We only use purified water for our rehydration process.
