INGREDIENTSMakes 32 truffles.  12 oz. goat cheese, room temperature 2 tsp. finely chopped thyme 2 tsp. finely chopped tarragon 2 tsp. finely chopped chives Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 8 Fruit Bliss apricots cut in quarters 3⁄4 cup finely chopped unsalted pistachios DIRECTIONS Mix the cheese, herbs, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Easy. No-Bake. Delicious. These little morsels are a healthy snack the entire family will love. Thank you Thriving with Greens for this amazing recipe. INGREDIENTS 1 package Fruit Bliss Dates 1/4 cup Fruit Bliss Apricots 1/4 cup raisins 1 tablespoon cacao powder 1 teaspoon acai powder 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 cup rolled oats DIRECTIONS Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is well blended. Shape into balls and roll in sesame seeds. Makes about 15 bites
