Easy Gluten Free Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt (regular or dairy-free)
- ¼ cup Fruit Bliss Organic Tart Cherries
- ¼ cup chopped Fruit Bliss Organic Figs
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- Tip: Always double-check labels to ensure ingredients are certified gluten-free if needed.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the vanilla yogurt evenly into a thin layer.
- Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt. Dollop the peanut butter over the top. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the chocolate and peanut butter into the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the Fruit Bliss Organic Tart Cherries and chopped Fruit Bliss Organic Figs evenly over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Remove from the freezer and break into bark-sized pieces.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store yogurt bark pieces in a freezer-safe bag or container. Keep frozen until ready to eat. This bark is best enjoyed straight from the freezer and will keep well for up to 2 months.

• Dairy-Free: Use coconut or almond milk yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips.
• Nut-Free: Skip the peanut butter or replace with sunflower seed butter.
