Easy Gluten Free Yogurt Bark

If you’re looking for an easy, no-bake high-protein freezer snack that tastes like a treat and comes together in minutes, this Easy Gluten-Free Yogurt Bark is it. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and easy to customize. Plus, it’s perfect to keep stocked in the freezer for busy afternoons, after-school snacks, or a simple dessert after dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt (regular or dairy-free)
  • ¼ cup Fruit Bliss Organic Tart Cherries
  • ¼ cup chopped Fruit Bliss Organic Figs
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Tip: Always double-check labels to ensure ingredients are certified gluten-free if needed.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the vanilla yogurt evenly into a thin layer.
  3. Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt. Dollop the peanut butter over the top. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the chocolate and peanut butter into the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle the Fruit Bliss Organic Tart Cherries and chopped Fruit Bliss Organic Figs evenly over the yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  8. Remove from the freezer and break into bark-sized pieces.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store yogurt bark pieces in a freezer-safe bag or container. Keep frozen until ready to eat. This bark is best enjoyed straight from the freezer and will keep well for up to 2 months.

ADDITIONAL VARIATIONS

 Dairy-Free: Use coconut or almond milk yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips.
 Nut-Free: Skip the peanut butter or replace with sunflower seed butter.
 Extra Crunch: Add gluten-free granola or crushed gluten-free pretzels.
 Seasonal Fruit: Swap dried cherries and figs for freeze-dried strawberries, blueberries, or mango.

SERVINGS
